MY CLIENT GOT PAID AND A CHARGE OF DELETED RECOUP

So this is my client that hit the 700 club across all three credit reports there was one account that was just being a heartache to come off and that was a charge of we had on his credit report from Wells Fargo

The issue and the dilemma was that we were sending dispute letters. We were doing CFPB we were doing BBB. We also got in touch with the executive manager. We did the thing we didn’t get a response initially until we did a BBB on their company and she wanted to act like the victim.

The issue was my client had cosign having a good heart for a friend that ended up doing bad business with them and leaving them with the BS in it ended up hitting his credit and he ended up taking a hit

We were able to dispute the charge off off, but then they will put it back on you. Personal information was accurate so they were violating his consumer rights.

So what we did it on our end we created a file we saved all his certified mail letters all his BBB complaints all his CFPB complaints any voice conversations we had over the phone, not only with the reporting agencies, but but also with Credit and Wells Fargo and I created a Google Drive file with him and he saved all his proofs

So eventually, we’re gonna have to sue and it wasn’t something he wanted to do at first, but I assured him that we’re gonna get this deletion and you’re gonna get paid as well

Disputed and deleted that charge off and they’re willing to settle with him he just has to go into court and sign some documents so not only is he getting paid with a check but he’s getting a deletion

We’re still pursuing Wells Fargo because they violated his rights as well so kill two birds with one stone type of deal
