Don’t charge your phone here…
Sometimes it’s not that we didn’t sleep…
It’s just our mind didn’t get to rest.
Just try this one habit — and observe.
有时候不是你没睡好,
而是你的大脑一直没真正休息。
试试看这个小改变,自己感受。#sleepbetter #phoneaway #deeprest #nighthabit #mindfulliving
From personal experience, charging your phone close to your bed can subtly affect your quality of sleep even if you're sleeping the recommended 7 to 8 hours. The electromagnetic fields (EMF) emitted by phones, even in sleep mode, can interfere with your brain's ability to enter a deep restorative state. Muscles and organs may rest, but the brain remains sensitive to these signals. One essential tip is to place your phone outside the bedroom or at least 1.5 to 2 meters away from your head while you sleep. This small change helped me reduce nighttime restlessness and morning grogginess. Moreover, turning off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile networks before bed can also minimize electromagnetic noise and support your brain’s recovery processes. Developing mindful night habits, such as limiting screen time an hour before bed and charging devices away from your sleeping area, promotes deeper mental rest and helps avoid waking up tired. It's not only about sleeping longer but ensuring your brain truly recovers during that time. Give these adjustments a try for a week—you might be surprised by how much better you feel.
