一个闪过脑海的画面,
终于变成了一支短片。
以前只能想象,
现在一个人也能把想法拍出来。
AI 真的不是盖的。

A scene that flashed through my mind
has finally become a short film.
Something that once existed only in imagination
can now be brought to life by one person.
AI is truly changing what’s possible.
In recent years, AI technology has dramatically transformed the landscape of content creation, particularly in filmmaking. What used to require a whole crew, extensive equipment, and a large budget can now be managed by a single person with AI tools. For example, the traditional wuxia genre, as hinted by the text extracted from movie-like slogans such as "襄阳临危为师岂能不来" and "掌定乾坤," can be reimagined with AI’s generative capabilities to produce intricate scenes and narratives without relying on large teams. I personally experienced this shift while experimenting with AI-generated films. Initially, it felt almost unreal that a concept flashing through my mind could be fully visualized as a short film without actors or a physical set. Using generative AI tools, I could manipulate visual and audio elements, blending traditional storytelling styles like wuxia with modern aesthetics. This process also allowed me to mimic the cinematic language of classic films, such as dramatic poses and meaningful dialogues, for instance, “为国为民” (for the country and the people) or “刚柔并济,方为大道” (a blend of strength and softness is the true path). Moreover, the autonomy AI provides encourages more creators to take risks and bring unique ideas to life. As AI continues to advance, we anticipate even more personalized and immersive short films that can be produced faster and with minimal resources. The hashtags #AIFilm, #AIGC, #Wuxia, and #GenerativeAI are not just trends but indicators of a growing community that embraces the hybrid of human creativity and artificial intelligence. For content creators, these tools open new doors of storytelling innovation and convenience. They reduce barriers and empower individuals to express their visions vividly. My experience shows how AI is not just a tool but a collaborator that can transform an abstract image in one’s mind into a concrete artistic expression visible to audiences worldwide.
