In life, I've often felt the weight of trying to explain my personal journey to others who just couldn't seem to understand it. It’s true—"Not everyone will understand your process, and that’s okay". This phrase resonates deeply because sometimes people see only the surface and not the effort and emotions behind every step. From my experience, the most important thing is to stay true to your journey and not let external opinions dictate your pace or decisions. Growth is personal and nonlinear, and while feedback can help, it shouldn’t derail your progress. One practical way to handle this is by setting boundaries about what you share and with whom. Sharing selective insights with trusted friends or mentors who respect your path can provide support without judgment. Also, understanding that others' inability to see your process doesn’t diminish your achievements helps build resilience. It reminds me that validation should primarily come from within, not from the validation of others. Ultimately, embracing that solitude in growth is part of the journey empowers you to focus on your goals and celebrate your progress quietly but confidently. This mindset has helped me maintain motivation and peace in times when external understanding felt absent.
