Decorate my tablet
I found my tablet, she’s pretty old 😅 I purchased this tablet in 2017 and before purchasing a e-book device, I thought about trying it out.
Cons ❌
- my eyes feels strained
- battery life is meh (it is a little outdated)
Pros ✅
- smaller / lighter than my iPad
Using a tablet purchased several years ago comes with both charm and challenges. From my experience, while my tablet is lighter and more compact than newer alternatives like an iPad, battery life and eye strain can be concerns over long use. To keep things interesting, I decided to personalize it by adding unique accessories and decorative elements. For instance, I upgraded with a pop socket, which not only improved grip but also allowed me to showcase quirky phrases like "they gave me the wrong pop socket" – a fun conversation starter! Additionally, I found that taking breaks and going outside helped alleviate the eye strain caused by extended screen time. Simple steps like adjusting screen brightness and using blue light filters made a noticeable difference too. If your tablet feels outdated or uninspiring, consider customizing the home screen with colorful wallpapers or organizing apps to suit your daily needs. Also, protective cases that have stylish prints or motivational quotes such as "GO OUTSIDE" or "drink coffee" can add a personal touch while protecting your device. Overall, decorating and maintaining an older tablet is a rewarding way to keep it feeling fresh and useful. These small enhancements not only reflect your personality but also improve comfort and usability in day-to-day use.
