honey banana bread sweetened only with honey + bananas

3 ripe mashed bananas (or 1 heaping cup of mashed banana)

3/4 cup honey

3 tbsp canola oil

1 egg

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp milk

2 1/2 cup flour

3 tsp baking powder

pinch baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

preheat oven to 325F.

mash bananas in a large mixing bowl, then add honey, milk and egg. mix until combined.

add flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon if desired. stir just until combined and add to a greased loaf pan.

bake for 1 hr or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. allow to cool before slicing and serving.
