Homemade Cherry/Blueberry Dump Cake

🍒Pre Heat oven to 375*

🫐1 Cup Sugar

🍒6 Cups Cherries pitted or(3 cans cherry in water drained)

🫐2 cups Blueberries

🍒4 Tbls. Lemon juice

🫐6 Tbls. Cornstarch (add cold water to slurry)

🍒1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

🫐1/2 Tsp. Salt

🍒2 Tbls. Butter

🍋Cake Mixure🍋

🍋2 3/4 Cups Flour

🍋1 3/4 Cup Sugar

🍋2 Tsp. Baking Powder

🍋1/2 Tsp. Salt

🫐 Combine all ingredients except the butter in a pan and gently stir to combine.

🍒Heat over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble.

🫐When mixture starts to bubble, take it off the heat and add the 2 Tbls. Of butter and gently mix. Set aside to cool

🍒Add your mixture to your cake pan and spread evenly

🫐Next, add your blueberries

🍒Cover with your dry cake mixture, this is homemade but box works as well.

🫐next, cut your butter into squares and line all over the top of your cake.

*Optional*

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of your cake

Bake at 375* for 35-45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling on all sides.
