This is another tough one to remember for most people today! Social media has most thinking they need to have some sort of perception to be somebody, to be known as someone important or great, and this has made for a lot of pretenders. I don't judge those who do this, more power to you, but it's not real, it's not who you were meant to be. Be honest with yourself, and be the best version of you and who were meant to be! Have some Integrity! Integrity is hard but without it, society has lost its humanity. Until we remember what it means to have integrity we are not living as we were intended to live. Ask yourself, are you the same person in the light as you are in the dark, and if you have to question the answer for one second, then you are more than likely lacking integrity in some aspect of life, and so you could use this reminder. Like and save this so you don't forget again and remember to strive to always have your integrity without it you are nothing!

Read moreIn today's digital era, where social media platforms often influence how we perceive ourselves and others, the concept of integrity can easily be overshadowed by the desire to appear perfect or popular. Many people feel pressured to present a curated version of themselves that may be far from their true nature, seeking validation through followers, likes, and comments. However, real personal growth and fulfillment come from embracing who you genuinely are, including your imperfections. Integrity means being consistent in your values and actions, whether in public or private. It requires honesty, even when no one is watching, and courage to stay true to yourself despite societal pressures. When integrity is present, relationships deepen, and trust flourishes because people sense authenticity. Without it, society risks losing the very foundations of empathy, respect, and moral responsibility. Ask yourself: Are you acting the same way in private as you do online? If there’s a difference, that dissonance can create internal conflict and stress. Striving to align your public persona with your true self leads to greater peace of mind and stronger connections with others. Although maintaining integrity can sometimes feel challenging in a culture that rewards appearances, it is ultimately empowering. Integrity not only defines your character but also shapes the world around you by setting positive examples for others to follow. Remember, you don’t need to be famous or admired by many to be valuable—being authentic and kind to yourself and others is what truly matters. So next time you navigate social media or face everyday decisions, reflect on whether your choices honor your values. Embrace the challenge of living with integrity, and you’ll find that being genuine is the most meaningful way to be ‘somebody.’
