I have a love hate relationship with meal prepping. I’ve only just recently started doing it and some weeks are better than others. I designed Sunday’s to be meal-prep days but this week we had a lot going on so I was in a pinch and needed some quick protein.
Wendy’s has always been my go-to for protein. I love their beef and bacon and this has been my favorite order when I go. I always get my daughter a biggie bag and she sometimes doesn’t eat her burger so I added it to my meal.
It was right under $10 if you need a budget friendly eating out.
This meal keeps me full for hours as it contains ~100g of protein. Yes in just one meal!! I love protein and there’s a huge misconception of why “it’s bad to eat that much meat” but there’s a lot of benefits to eating high protein meals. (Google it, too much to type)
