some days I'm rolling, others I'm crying... all about #balance #goodmorning
Balancing the rollercoaster of emotions in daily life can be both challenging and transformative. Some days, I feel on top of the world, full of energy and positivity, while other days, tears remind me of my vulnerability. This balance is not just personal but deeply intertwined with societal dynamics, especially the ongoing struggle to challenge outdated norms and stereotypes. Supporting girls and women as they break free from patriarchal constraints gives me hope and strength during difficult times. It’s important to remember that acknowledging trauma isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s a step towards healing and empowerment. The phrases that resonate with me, like "smashing the patriarchy" and "believe in yourself," serve as daily affirmations and reminders of the broader movement for equality and justice. Incorporating this mindset into my mornings, greeting the day with intention and resilience, helps me maintain balance. Whether I’m rolling with joy or facing tears, it’s about accepting each moment and using it as a catalyst for personal growth. It’s about not being quiet or passive but actively engaging in my own healing and supporting others who are on similar journeys. Ultimately, balance isn’t a fixed state but an ongoing process of self-awareness, acceptance, and empowerment. Embracing this has truly shifted how I approach life, making each day an opportunity to thrive despite challenges.
