Most importantly, honoring the fragility of your healing process by handling yourself with care is essential. It’s okay to recognize when triggers arise and to set boundaries that safeguard your well-being. Remember, deserving good things is not about ignoring past pain but embracing a future where healing and happiness coexist freely and authentically.
