have you ever felt dispensable? perhaps you’ve felt unseen by family and friends, or maybe you’ve been made aware that someone else could easily fill your role at work. as painful as those scenarios may have been, right now, God wants to affirm your indispensability. you are vitally important to both His heart and plans! He chose you to be present on earth at this time, and it’s no accident. by His design, He saw you as the perfect candidate for what He wanted to accomplish on the earth in this hour. sister, your presence matters!
remember the testimony of esther? she was chosen and placed into a position of queenship, yet culturally—as any other queen that came before or after her—she was knowingly dispensable. God, however, said differently. His plan had her as the essential link to save an entire people group. therefore, it was vital that she was in the exact place she was in, at the exact time she was in it.
that said, here’s something to think about: did you know that the Holy Spirit is moving all over the world right now, highlighting the vital importance of women? it’s true. and YOU are not disqualified from that. the Father had great joy in creating you as an indispensable part of His kingdom. you are essential to what He has planned for many of the people around you and places you currently find yourself in. He has purposed you for great things, whether you see them yet or not.
so take a moment with the Holy Spirit and ask Him to breathe into each aspect of your life. invite Him to bring fresh understanding of how you’ve been called for such a time as this. tell Him you want to believe all that you’ve read here and that you desire added faith to do so. journal what He reveals to your heart, and reflect on it throughout the week, letting His words bring fresh faith and deeper understanding of your indispensable role in His plans.
