Andes Mint Bark 🍃🍫
Ingredients (shown in third picture):
1 bag milk chocolate
1 bag white chocolate
1 box Andes mints (I used about 15 mints)
Green food coloring
Directions:
Melt milk chocolate and spread onto a lined baking sheet.
Melt white chocolate and mix in two drops of green food coloring to get mint green color.
Pour dyed white chocolate on top of milk chocolate and swirl to create a pattern.
Break Andes mints into pieces and sprinkle on top of swirled chocolate.
Put baking sheet into freezer for about 20-30 minutes and break bark into pieces.
Bark is so versatile and is a great gift to give, snack to bring to a party or a fun treat to keep in your fridge at home!
There’s a video on my TikTok and YouTube shorts showing the process if that’s helpful! ☺️
