Setting doable expectations

Let me be honest—this didn’t happen overnight.

It’s been a journey of prayer, trial, failure… and finally, breakthrough.

After major adrenal fatigue during 2020+ I started addressing my weight in October 2022, and after everything else failed, I turned to my doctor and started peptides.

No workouts. No meal plan.

Just a desperate hope that maybe this time it would work.

And it did. Slowly.

I lost 70 pounds—but at a cost.

Flat butt. Hair loss. Zero muscle tone. I was smaller, but not stronger.

Then summer of ‘23 came, and I added the Cortisol Cocktail.

It gave me my brain back.

I had energy again. I started doing Pilates. I wanted to live again.

I didn’t lose a single pound for a year—but I’d never stop taking it. It changed me from the inside out.

Then in September, I added the Wellness Duo (butyrate + colostrum-based triplebiotic gut support).

My hair came back.

And I dropped 25 pounds in 12 weeks.

This spring, I started testing a Performance Line with creatine + amino acids (launching in June)…

I worked out 3 times in April.

Still saw major muscle growth + body composition change.

→ This is your reminder:

Healing takes time.

But there are things that help.

And when you support your hormones, gut, stress, and strength…

your body will respond.

I’ll send you everything I’ve learned to help you shorten the struggle.

... Read moreWeight loss journeys are unique and can be complex, often requiring a personalized approach. Based on experiences shared widely in the wellness community, many people find success with supplements and lifestyle changes tailored to their needs. Hormonal balance plays a critical role, particularly for women over 40, where metabolism can slow down, leading to weight retention. Implementing a gut health protocol, such as using butyrate and triplebiotic gut support, has been shown to improve digestion and overall well-being. Additionally, creatine supplementation can help enhance muscle growth and strength, particularly when paired with strength training. Many individuals experience significant benefits when also managing stress through techniques like Pilates or yoga, contributing to a more holistic approach to health. It's essential to remember that quick fixes are rare; instead, gradual and consistent progress is often more sustainable. Support from healthcare professionals, like doctors or nutritionists, can provide clarity and guidance on what strategies may work best for you. Utilize community support through social media or groups to share experiences, gain insights, and motivate each other on similar health journeys.
