🌗 Light and shadow🌗

There is light and darkness in every man's heart, as the sky of day and night, or a shining flame, because he stands in the darkness.

Psychological "light" is the power of understanding, love, compassion and acceptance.

"Darkness" is the part of fear, anger, envy, guilt, and pain that we often hide in our hearts.

All men have both sides. No one is pure, only light. And no one is all dark.

🌑 The Dark Side: The Roots of Understanding

In Carl Jung's psychoanalysis, the shadow, or The Shadow, is the side that we reject, not that it is part of ourselves, but the more we reject it, the more it dominates us.

We all have shadows in our hearts, anger that never speaks out, jealousy that we don't want to accept, weakness that we pretend it doesn't exist, but these shadows aren't born to destroy us. It happens to "point us out" that we still have something that we don't understand ourselves.

To accept the dark side is not to sink in it, but to "shine into the shadows," to understand why we feel so; to heal and calmly incorporate it back into our part.

🌕 Bright Side: True light is caused by the acceptance of shadows.

Light in the human heart is not caused by fleeing darkness, but by "seeing it understandably," because light that never touches darkness cannot truly understand the value of glowing.

When we accept that anger is part of our efforts to protect ourselves, sadness is an echo of deep love, and fear is just a form of concern, we begin to see a hidden light in the darkness, a light of "self-understanding."

🌗 Balance is completeness.

Man cannot be the only light, because light is meaningful only if there is darkness.

Thus, spiritual growth is not to eliminate the dark side in itself, but to "learn to live with it without getting lost in it."

When we accept every part of ourselves, good or bad, we begin to feel "free," because the light and shadow of our hearts no longer fight, they learn to embrace each other.

Humans are not born to choose as light or shadow, but are born to "understand both sides of themselves," for finally, the most light, is always born of a heart that has been through the most darkness.

Shadow: "We don't want you to put out the light, we just want you to look at us understandably, don't push us out into the dark corners you won't shine, because in the dark we grow to be able to devour your identity."

Light: "So stay with us, we won't run anymore, we'll learn each other, we'll shine so you don't have to get lost, and you'll make us gentler when we start to get too lost in our own good."

Shadow: "You get it, we're not forbidden, but the teachers you like to overlook, because no one can understand their pain without looking straight at it."

Light: "And no one understands the value of light if never strayed in darkness."

Both: "We are part of each other; light is not a winner; shadow is not a loser; we are the integrity of the" human heart. "

Learning to love yourself on a bright day and a dark day.
