Postpartum TIPS!

It was on my heart to share this, this morning so here are some of the things that helped me and is still helping me during this postpartum time.

With my second baby, I am having a much harder time mentally but with these tips, God is seeing me through!

1. Prayer & Scripture

When you invite God into your life he will not disappoint. He gives a peace like no other! You have to truly seek him! It’s okay to doubtful sometimes. It shows that we care when we ask questions. Lean in to those questions !

2. Going outside

Idk bout y’all but I need sun and fresh air. It lightens your mood and clears your mind.

3. Self-Care

Simply put: You look good, You feel good !

4. Being around family & friends

Being around others who know you and you enjoy wing around helps clear your mind. You’re focused on the good time you’re having and not them negative thoughts

5. Going to the gym

The gym is not only good for strengthening your body but also your mind.

6. Talk it Out!

Sometimes you just got to let it out. Share what’s going on don’t keep it in. Speak with your spouse, partner ,friends , etc.
