Here’s everything I’ve learned about making modeling sustainable and getting my money in line for financial freedom:

Passive income has become a buzzword, with techniques such as high-yield savings accounts, dividend stocks, and affiliate marketing paving the way for additional revenue streams. High-yield savings accounts offer a safe and straightforward way to earn interest on your deposits, while dividend stocks can provide regular payouts simply by holding onto these securities. Affiliate marketing, on the other hand, enables you to monetize your online presence by promoting products you love through platforms like Amazon and beauty links. The 50/30/20 rule is another vital budgeting strategy. By allocating 50% of your income to essential expenses (like rent and groceries), 30% to your personal needs (such as travel and hobbies), and 20% to savings and investments, you set yourself up for a stable financial future. To start investing wisely, beginners should consider opening a Roth IRA and regularly contributing to an index fund like VOO. Apps like Betterment and Acorns can streamline the process, making investing more accessible. Finally, for those in creative fields like modeling, sustainability is key. Locking in retainer clients and diversifying income streams can help maximize earnings. Building a personal brand not only enhances visibility but also creates new income opportunities.
