Dealing with DEMONS?

But from my own experience, and what I've learned, it's not always what you might think from the movies. When I first started feeling that undeniable 'interference in my 3D' – you know, things just constantly feeling off, unexplained negativity, blocks in my progress – I immediately wondered, 'HOW DO YOU KNOW OR NOT?' Is it just me? Is it external? The OCR content from my post really hit home for me because it brings up a crucial point: what's your definition of a demon? For a long time, I was stuck in that 'dogmatic' view, believing it was always some external, 'sentiently nefarious' entity trying to mess with my life. And honestly, that perspective left me feeling disempowered, like a victim. It made me feel like I couldn't be 'in control of responsibility' for what was happening. But what if we shift that perspective? What if 'demonic energy' is sometimes a metaphor for deep-seated internal blocks, unhealed trauma, or even just our own shadow aspects crying out for attention? The OCR mentions, 'IF YOUR DEFINITION...IS SOMETHING THAT YOU JUST WORK THROUGH THEN THAT COULD...' This really resonated with me. Sometimes, that heavy feeling isn't an attack from outside, but an invitation from within to do some serious 'soul energy unblocking.' It's about taking the 'responsibility' to look inward, to understand our own energetic field and how we might be contributing to or allowing certain energies to linger. Of course, that's not to say external influences don't exist. But even then, our energetic boundaries and internal strength play a massive role. So, how do we start to unravel this? For me, it began with truly asking myself: what does this 'demonic energy' feel like? Is it a draining sensation? Constant anxiety? A feeling of being watched or oppressed? Once you start identifying the sensations, you can begin to discern the source. Practical steps for 'soul energy unblocking' have been a game-changer. I found that simple things like consistent grounding practices – walking barefoot, spending time in nature – really helped. Energetic cleansing rituals, like using sage or palo santo (with intention!), or even just visualizing bright, protective light around myself, made a noticeable difference. Setting firm energetic boundaries, learning to say 'no' not just to people but to draining situations and thoughts, is also vital. Ultimately, whether you believe it's an internal process or an external force, the power lies in how you choose to respond. Moving away from fear and into a place of conscious awareness and 'responsibility' has been my path to reclaiming my peace and shifting that 'interference in my 3D.' It's a journey, not a destination, but every step towards understanding and clearing these energies makes a huge difference.
