Over time, this daily practice has shifted my mindset. I no longer react impulsively, but instead choose actions aligned with my goals and values. This conscious embodiment makes me feel more centered and magnetic, attracting opportunities and people that resonate with my authentic self. Additionally, grounding myself through mindfulness techniques, like deep breathing or journaling, helps integrate this shift from reacting to embodying. It’s important to act “like her”—your highest self—without hesitation or shrinking back. Even on challenging days, moving with intention changes your internal timeline, gradually transforming your reality. Incorporating the #lawofassumption, where you assume you already are who you want to be, reinforces this process. Rather than waiting for external validation, you internalize your desired state as present and real, which accelerates manifestation.
