When I started cutting out negative or unsupportive influences, I noticed a clear boost in my motivation and productivity. It’s not just about having friends or contacts; it’s about curating a circle that elevates you. Energy truly is contagious. If you spend time around positive, driven individuals who share your values and goals, you naturally start adopting their habits and outlook. Conversely, toxic or negative people can drain your energy and hold you back from growth. Being intentional about who has access to your time and attention has been a game changer in my personal development journey. I also practice regular identity shifts, consciously updating my self-perception and mindset daily to align with my goals. This habit has helped me maintain a success mindset even during challenging times. By combining these two strategies—mindful social circles and daily identity shifts—you create a powerful environment conducive to self-growth and achievement. In essence, your circle determines your frequency. Prioritize relationships that inspire and uplift you, and watch how your energy and success mindset evolve. Make conscious decisions about the people you interact with and remember, your network is a reflection of your personal journey.
