The glow doesn’t disappear randomly. It fades when you’re in survival mode.

Losing your inner glow often happens when you're stuck in survival mode during toxic relationships or draining environments. From personal experience, I've found that recognizing this phase is the first crucial step toward reclaiming your power. When constantly trying to cope with overwhelming negativity, it feels like you're fading—like your authentic self is being overshadowed by the need to simply get through each day. The key to regaining your glow is nurturing self-worth and emotional healing. For me, this meant setting boundaries and slowly detaching from situations that depleted my energy. Engaging in self-care practices and surrounding myself with supportive people helped rebuild my confidence. I also discovered the importance of embracing my feminine energy—not as a weakness, but as a source of inner strength and balance. Healing is a journey filled with ups and downs. There were moments when I felt I had lost myself entirely, just as the message in the image suggests: "They lost themselves trying to survive something that was draining them." But through patience, reflection, and intentional actions, it's possible to revive that spark and glow again—only stronger and more resilient. If you’re struggling with similar feelings, remind yourself that this loss isn't permanent. Survival mode is a protective response, but healing happens when you step into your power with self-love and awareness. Recovery also involves forgiving yourself for any perceived shortcomings and embracing that every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory on your healing journey.
