This kind of love supports without enabling dysfunction. Protecting your energy is essential, especially if you identify as an empath or someone sensitive to others' emotions. Setting clear boundaries prevents emotional exhaustion and helps you maintain your well-being. Practicing mindfulness and spiritual grounding techniques has been invaluable for me in maintaining this balance. If you struggle with feeling responsible for others' healing, I recommend reflecting on your emotional limits and practicing radical acceptance. Understand that healing is a personal journey, and your role is to support, not to fix. By releasing the weight of others' dysfunction, you open space for your own growth and peace.
