... Read moreFrom my own experience, I used to think that pushing down my feelings would protect me from pain, but that only made things worse. Learning to acknowledge and safely express my emotions was a turning point in my healing. I found that emotions hold important messages about our inner self and needs — when viewed as information rather than threats. One practical step I took was to create a safe space for myself, whether through journaling, meditation, or talking with a supportive friend or coach. This helped me sit with uncomfortable feelings without judgment. Another valuable approach I discovered involves tuning into your body and energy—often called "magnetic frequency" in healing circles. Paying attention to how emotions manifest physically can help alchemize them into insight and growth. For example, noticing tension during anxiety or warmth during joy can guide you to address underlying issues holistically. If you resonate with the idea of making emotions safe enough to feel, consider incorporating daily reminders or affirmations. For me, simple phrases like "It’s okay to feel this" helped reduce resistance. Over time, this practice nurtured self-compassion and deeper self-awareness. Emotional healing is not about ignoring or quickly fixing feelings; it’s about cultivating patience and trust in yourself. Embracing this journey transformed how I relate to my emotions and led to profound personal growth. I invite you to explore making your emotions guides instead of foes. Healing isn’t linear, but with the right mindset and tools, it becomes a powerful pathway to wholeness and peace.

If you think people won’t like you read this!!
I literally cannot tell you the last time I walked into a room & thought, “they probably won’t like me.” At this stage, it’s a normal, programmed belief for me that when I meet people, they will probably like me! And if they don’t, that’s okay, because I still like me. #anxiety #th
