David was a premier event and party planner in Shreveport/ Bossier who work tirelessly to support and promote Mark Williamson as Katarina Foxx. The two men had multiple business ventures launch in 2010-2012. David is greatly loved and missed especially by Mark who can never repay the love and kindness David Flow gave him unconditionally daily.
