New (to me) Gluten & Dairy Free Grocery Finds

Some recent grocery finds that have really impressed me. (All top 8 allergen free)

- Rise & Puff Gluten Free Tortillas (Whole Foods & sprouts): These are insanely good. Simple, clean ingredients. They puff up and are delicious if you heat them in a pan, but they’re also great heated in the microwave. You can load these up and they don’t get soggy or break like all the other gluten free tortillas I’ve tried.

- Violife Vegan Parmesan (Whole Foods & sprouts): I don’t even like vegan cheese, but this is spot on. The flavor and texture is so good. Love these on charcuterie snack trays and wraps!

- Organic Ville Italian Dressing (Whole Foods): The perfect zesty Italian dupe with super clean ingredients. Love this for salads, wraps, and pasta salad.

- King Arthur gluten free protein pancake mix (target): My toddler LOVES these! I love the clean ingredients and added protein.

Have you tried any of these yet?

Read moreAs someone who has navigated the challenges of finding truly clean, allergen-free grocery options, I can definitely relate to the excitement around discovering products like Rise & Puff Gluten Free Tortillas. What sets these tortillas apart is their simplicity—only 5 ingredients including gluten-free flour, avocado oil, honey, and salt, with no seed oils or artificial additives. I've found they heat beautifully both in the pan and microwave, puffing up for a satisfying texture that holds up well with various fillings without falling apart, which is a common problem with many gluten-free wraps. Violife Vegan Parmesan is another gem for those avoiding dairy and soy. The versatility this cheese alternative offers is fantastic; its authentic flavor works well not only in Italian dishes but also elevates simple charcuterie boards and vegan wraps, adding richness without the heaviness of traditional cheese. Plus, it’s free from gluten, nuts, and artificial preservatives, aligning well with clean eating goals. Organic Ville Italian Dressing pleasantly surprised me with its vibrant, zesty flavor and clean ingredients list. It’s USDA organic, gluten-free, and contains no added sugar or salt, making it a nutritious choice for salads, pasta salads, or even as a marinade. It’s become my go-to dressing, especially for quick meals where I want quality without extra fuss. Lastly, King Arthur’s gluten free protein pancake mix has been a hit at home, especially for families managing allergies. The added plant-based protein and fiber provide a healthier upgrade to traditional pancake mix, and the toddler in my family loves them too. They’re easy to prepare and taste great, making mornings less stressful and more delicious. If you’re like me and appreciate grocery finds that simplify living gluten and dairy-free without compromising flavor or nutrition, these picks are definitely worth trying. Have you discovered any new allergen-free favorites lately? Sharing tips and products is such a helpful way to make the journey easier and tastier for everyone managing food sensitivities.
