Considering a GLP1?
Ive now been on a GLP1 since July and I am so glad i did!
First and foremost I got clearance from a Doctor and medical professionals before joining Ivim. Please make sure to do the same if you’re considering it! Ivim also has a team that is GREAT.
Some big things that have changed for me:
• water is now my BEST friend! If i have anything else like when we go out to eat, i have one glass at most then finish with water. Your body will NOT lose weight if it’s not hydrated!
• have snacks with you so you don’t turn to junk food! I love me a healthy alternative!
• make sure to REST your body.
• if you’re like me and work a desk job, make sure to get up and move around, get those steps in!
i’m 32 lbs down, and going for more! Grateful for my support system and friends who have been so helpful along the way!
