I haven’t done a book haul since I’ve been trying to lower my tbr (as you can see that will never happen) but I gave into my urges and splurged a bit over the past couple weeks and I just had to show yall what I got ! 🥰.

I read her almafi coast series a while back and I enjoyed every book she wrote in that series so when I saw there was a separate series on cassias brothers I wanted them especially physical because I need books on my physical shelf not my kindle 🙂↔️.
Wintermoon series by tessa stone:
I read the first two on KU and ofc I loved them so I brought the last two physically I do plan on buying the first two and the novella mini series physically as well for now i just got these two 😌.
Shallow river by h.d. Carlton:
I’ve been wanting to read a book by her outside of her haunting Adeline series and I really didn’t want to read does it hurt (it’s overhyped imo) so when I saw shallow river and read the synopsis I snatched it up didn’t make it better that it was the last one in the store 😂😂.

They had book one and three in store but not book two so unfortunately I couldn’t buy the entire series in one go so I settled for one book at a time :( but I’ve been wanting to read this series for a while especially since it’s gothy and dark 🤭.

I saw this series on TikTok and the cover drew me in (Idc I judge my books by its cover) the fmc was black and that sold me immediately especially since the author is white (we love inclusive authors) I did finish book one now I’m hooked 😂🙂↔️ oh my goodness I didn’t expect to devour this series the way I am but ivy rian and luc have me in a chokehold right now 😩.
