Hey, mamas! It’s been a minute, so I wanted to take a moment to say what’s up to all the new mamas in our community.
I’m Christian Moon—mom, speaker, author, and the founder of The Mom Wellness Cave, the BEST mom community in the metro Detroit area.
I started this space to shine a light on the not-so-glamorous side of motherhood. You know, those times when it feels lonely, overwhelming, and like you’re just a mom without your own vibe.
For the last few years, my mission has been to remind moms that WE MATTER TOO!
Almost a year ago, I decided to take it a step further and create a space for moms to skip the awkward small talk, get out there, and fully embrace mom life while still keeping a little something for ourselves.
