Broccoli Casserole 🥦🧀

Ingredients:

- 1 package of broccoli florets

- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/4 c mayonnaise

- 1/4 c milk

- 1 egg

- 1 1/2 c ritz crackers (crumbled)

- 1/4 c butter, melted

- Season to your liking (pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix broccoli, 1/2 of cheese, mushroom soup, mayo, egg, seasonings

3. Pour in an oven safe baking dish

4. Top with remaining cheddar cheese

5. Mix melted butter and crackers together & spread over mixture

6. Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes
