• 1 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)

• 5 oz cold water

• 3 oz sparkling water

Lavender Cloud Foam:

• 1/4 cup heavy cream

• 2 tbsp choice of milk

• 1 tbsp honey lavender syrup

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
