Day 21 of 75 Soft

Hey ladies!

Today I got everything right! (Yay me)

This morning Bae and I had coffee and did a 6 mile walk. Then we had lunch (Publix turkey sub with raw broccoli and jalapeño chips). Since the time moved up I didn’t get up until after 9am.

For my snack I had 2 mini vegan ice cream sandwiches. I should have had two but I don’t feel bad about it.

I drank all my water today as well.

I feel good doing to sleep and I feel light. Most nights I’m bloated going to bed so I feel good about my decisions.

If you ladies are struggling to stay on track with meals remember not to eliminate everything at once bc that will cause set back and for me complete chaos lol. Take it slow and listen to your body.
