Dinner for 1
What’s a favorite guilt free comfort dinner you make that someone would be surprised by?
One of my favorite meals to make when I want something greasy but not too bad !!
I usually take one or two chicken cuts that I’m making for meal prep and make myself 4-5 taquitos 👀👀
it’s such a comfort food for me and not too bad for you as I boil the chicken then after shredded I lightly toss in seasoning.
