WATERBOMB SINGAPORE 2025 + tips
My first waterbomb festival experience!! I had so much fun, here’s what to expect & some tips ~
👉🏼 Clothes
- You WILL get wet so dress appropriately! Swipe to last slide to see how wet it gets
- Recommend bikini top + quick dry or denim skirts / shorts
- To show less skin, can also wear a crop top or a light / kimono style outerwear over - whichever works best for u
- Bring an oversized top to wear afterwards! Saved me from the cold
- If you’ve makeup on, recommend wearing a cap to protect ur face - helped me A LOT
👉🏼 Bag / storage
- Lockers are available outside the venue - i went around 7pm & managed to get one
- Small $12, medium $16
- If possible, just pack light so you don’t have to worry about the lockers being taken
- Bring waterproof phone case + ziplock for ur valuables / clothes
👉🏼 Security checks
- They are SO strict, i had to lay out everything on the table and they still dug through my empty tiny bag
- The body checks were also thorough even though i was in a bikini
- Just don’t bring anything you’re not supposed to
👉🏼 Food & drinks
- There were stalls for mala, obba (chicken wings, sodduk) etc - it’s pricey for the small portions so just eat before entering
- Beers / ciders are 4 for $24 which is ok, there was a promo w DBS livefresh card for $5 off min. spend $30
- Pretty long queues for the free redemption with regular tickets but it’s fast
- Recommend to predrink beforehand
👉🏼 Toilets
- Quite a lot of stalls & there were ppl guiding so it’s pretty well managed
- The state of the toilets were still ok
- If you wait till after the event, there are q a lot of toilets around the beach but will have long queues
👉🏼 Overall
- I’m only a 2nd gen kpop fan but still enjoyed myself very much!
- I loved the performances of EXID, Minho, Taemin, & of course 2NE1 on day 2 😭😭😭 they rly went all out ahhh
- The DJ sets in between & game booths also kept me v entertained!
- Ended at 10pm so i could still take MRT home lmao
