In my head🙇🏽‍♀️

Is this a safe space? Because I’m going to vent lol.

Nobody ever really knows what a person goes through behind closed door or behind the smiles.. I say that to say stay strong and keep your head held high queen 👑

You are worthy! You are beautiful! You are important!

The older I get the more I realize what my mom really went through growing up and what other women go through on a day to day. Being a strong black woman is hard ngl! Am I strong? Yes! Will I give up? Never. But sometimes I just be overwhelmed and tired. I sometimes wonder is it only me that goes through these things. I sometimes want people to ask are you okay Kashmere?

Sometimes things get hard and real rocky but we keep going. But never let your crown tip 🙏🏽👑

Does anyone relate to this? What are some things you do to help yourself keep going no matter what.
