Having a twin sibling adds another layer to this dynamic — the connection runs deeper, and despite any conflicts or misunderstandings, there is always an unspoken bond that keeps you grounded. Sometimes, we may find ourselves 'beefing' or clashing, but ultimately, the love and support prevail. Mental health stigma is still very prevalent, especially in Black communities represented by movements like #blacktiktok. Sharing personal stories openly helps break those barriers and allows others to feel less alone. It’s important to recognize that people living with schizophrenia are not defined by their diagnosis — they have strengths, emotions, and a valuable place in society.
