Serves: 12
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup sugar
• ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 4 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate chunks
• 4 oz dark chocolate chunks (or your fave)
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together sugars, salt, and melted butter until smooth and glossy.
3️⃣ Whisk in egg and vanilla until light ribbons fall from the whisk.
