Brisket and pulled pork nachos at Blessing of the Bikes!

we couldn't decide on pulled pork nachos or brisket so we had both added. they were DELICIOUS! Expensive and a lil more meat would have been better but they were wonderful. we tried a Carolina gold BBQ sauce, dr pepper, and honey bbq. I prefer the dr pepper but all were good.

Next one is Get Your Groove On in Rockford Illinois then Rebel Road in July!

Although the portion size was a bit on the smaller side, making the dish a bit pricey, the quality and flavor of the meats justified the indulgence in my opinion. For nacho lovers, adding a bit more meat would elevate the dish further, turning it into a true feast. For those attending local festivals, keep an eye out for the 'Get Your Groove On' event in Rockford, Illinois, and July's Rebel Road. These events often feature fantastic food stalls where you can discover new twists on classic barbecue dishes. Whether you prefer brisket, pulled pork, or a mix of both, trying a selection of BBQ sauces on your nachos can be a fun way to personalize your meal and find a new favorite flavor combination.
