If she’s in the Gym she’s Gardening

I guess my new title my new tag along.. You can call me the 🪴 gardening gym bae🏋🏽‍♀️.

✨As I transform from the street life (stripper life) into a simple spiritual life. Where it’s an abundance of growth & prosperity. I start to notice and really appreciate life. It’s so funny how most of us are in survival mode. Due to shitty families, toxic households, trauma bonding, fixed incomes, or simply those trying to keep up with the Jones, for WHO? What? Whyyy?? It’s come a time where we have to understand ourselves. Sit & reevaluate. 💫

What the fuck am I really doing ⁉️

Who tf really pleasing me⁉️

🥺 All this and no personal growth.

Stuck paying bills, raising kids, raising men, men chasing women.

Yeaaa No‼️

I decided to give up the hard alcohol, the late nights. I rise when the Sun rise, I set the tone of my day, & I rest when needs be.

🧘🏽‍♀️I refuse to leave this earth without full restoration and deliverance. 🪬

So as I enter this New Year with all praise and Thanksgiving in my heart. Grateful for Mother Nature, as I clean my home, prep meals for my children. Cut off process foods, continue to juice, Stay in the gym GROW my glutes. I’ll water my plants, nourish my 🥗Veggies & fruits & 🙏🏽pray daily for peace and clarity. May I GROW with my produce, may the wind flow through us. May God help us to flourish. May I find myself in this new journey..as so for my girlies 🪴💕 Dying to GROW, evolve and be of Gods will 🪏

Happy 2026. Let’s 🏋🏽‍♀️Grain & GROW 🪴

... Read moreHey everyone! You know I've been on a journey of transformation, embracing a more spiritual and holistic path where gardening and gym time are my pillars of growth. But what if I told you that my 'gardening' isn't just a metaphor? It's a practical practice called permaculture that ties directly into my fitness goals! For all my fellow fitness enthusiasts out there, this is how I'm 'Learning 2 Garden' and grow, both physically and spiritually. When I decided to 'Start Your Vision, Start Your Garden, Start Your Growth,' I realized permaculture isn't just for large farms. It's about designing sustainable living systems, even in small spaces. As someone who loves breaking a sweat in the gym, I quickly saw the parallels. My body needs good fuel and movement, and my garden needs good soil and careful planning. It's all about synergy! Why Permaculture Works for My Fitness Lifestyle: First, the fresh produce! Imagine stepping outside and picking organic greens, herbs, and veggies for your post-workout smoothie or meal prep. This isn't just about 'nourishing my veggies & fruits' – it's about nourishing myself with peak nutrition. Knowing exactly where my food comes from gives me immense peace of mind and perfectly complements my clean eating journey (cutting off processed foods!). Second, permaculture is a workout! Forget light pottering. Digging, turning compost, carrying heavy watering cans, weeding, bending, squatting – these are functional exercises. Tending to my garden is an incredible way to get active recovery or a full-body cardio session. Who needs a stair climber when you have a compost pile to turn? It definitely helps in 'growing my glutes' in a different, holistic way! It's amazing how much strength and endurance you build, and a fantastic way to vary your fitness routine. My Essential Permaculture Tips for Fitness Buffs: Start Small & Observe: You don't need acres. A few pots or a raised bed can be your permaculture oasis. Observe your sunlight and water flow. This is like understanding your body's unique needs before a new workout! Focus on Soil Health: Just like gut health, healthy soil is the foundation. I'm learning about composting and mulching to build rich, living soil. Water Wisely: Collecting rainwater or using efficient irrigation systems is key. Every drop counts. Grow Nutrient-Dense Foods: Think leafy greens, beans, berries, and herbs packed with vitamins and minerals perfect for recovery and energy. Make it Mindful: Gardening connects me to Mother Nature. It's where I 'find peace' and 'find myself,' a quiet space away from the hustle. It’s truly restorative. Permaculture Equipment for the 'Bodybuilder Gardener': You don't need much, but a few quality tools make a difference, just like with gym equipment. Sturdy Hand Tools: A good trowel, fork, and pruners. Look for ergonomic designs to protect your joints, especially after a heavy lift! Wheelbarrow or Garden Cart: Essential for moving soil, compost, or harvests without straining your back. Think of it as your garden's weight rack! Compost Bin: A must-have for turning kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich soil. Kneeling Pad & Gloves: Protect your knees and hands during intense weeding or planting. Comfort and safety first! Embracing permaculture has truly added another layer to my holistic journey. It’s not just 'Stuck on Growth' anymore; it’s about actively cultivating it in every aspect of my life. Whether you're a seasoned bodybuilder or starting your fitness journey, consider how connecting with the earth can amplify your well-being. Let's grow together, inside and out! 'May Mother Nature Guide Us' all to flourish.
