This week’s devotional and scripture memory journal: God Don’t Play about Me!
God has really been tugging on my heart (for a long time) about becoming more intentional and consistent in every aspect of my life. He wants to rule and guide me through it ALL! I have been getting up at 5am to make sure I spend time with the Lord, uninterrupted by the noise and chaos of the day, and it has been so amazing! A struggle at first 😩 but now I don’t even need the ⏰ 😀 letting God rule my mornings and my days has helped me have better days. I feel like I’m making more Christ minded choices when I am tempted or pushed to be anything other than Christlike. So do I always meet the mark? NOPE! But I can definitely see a change. My word for the year is CONSISTENCY! I don’t always have to be perfect, but consistency will win everytime!
