Is it the gym or a bbl 👀🍑

First of all the fit okkkkk this is the really bbl jumpsuit 🔥 it’s from Yeoreo and you know where to find it 😆.

I train legs/glutes 2x a week and I never leave these 4 exercises out of my routine. If you want the bbl allegations then you better not either 💪🏽. I’ve lost over 130lbs and I work hard to keep everything sitting right and toned.

Save this for your next leg day at the gym 🔥🔥

... Read moreWhen I first started my fitness journey, like many, I dreamed of achieving a sculpted, confident physique. There's a lot of talk out there about 'BBLs' and 'gym BBLs,' and I'm here to tell you that a dedicated gym routine can truly transform your body and give you incredible, natural results. For me, after dedicating myself to consistent workouts and losing over 130 lbs, I’ve found that focusing on specific glute and leg exercises is key to building that shape and keeping everything toned and lifted. It's all about consistency and choosing the right movements. My routine always includes what I call my "4 leg day staples to add to your workout routine." These exercises are non-negotiable for me, and they target the glutes and hamstrings effectively to build that desired curvature and strength. Let's dive into these power moves. First up, Elevated Goblet Squats. I love these because elevating my heels allows for a deeper squat, really engaging the glutes and quadriceps. Holding the dumbbell at my chest helps maintain an upright torso, which is crucial for proper form and maximizing glute activation. I typically aim for 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps, focusing on squeezing my glutes at the top of each movement. Next are Dumbbell RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts). These are phenomenal for targeting the hamstrings and glutes, creating that beautiful separation and lift. The key here is to keep a slight bend in your knees, hinge from your hips, and lower the dumbbells while keeping them close to your legs. You should feel a deep stretch in your hamstrings. I focus on slow, controlled movements, typically 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps, making sure to engage my core throughout. To round out my top four, I always include Barbell Hip Thrusts. If you want to build powerful glutes, hip thrusts are a must. They allow for heavy loads and directly target the gluteus maximus, which is essential for that rounded, perky look. I usually perform 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps, pausing at the top to fully contract the glutes. The burn is real, but the results are worth it! Finally, for isolation and shaping, I incorporate Cable Kickbacks. These are fantastic for sculpting the glute medius and minimus, helping to create that wider, fuller appearance. Focusing on controlled movement, I kick back and slightly out, ensuring my glute is doing all the work. I aim for higher reps here, typically 3 sets of 12-15 reps per leg. To truly see results, it's not just about the exercises; it's about how you structure your bbl workout plan. I train legs and glutes twice a week, allowing for adequate recovery. On each of those days, I pick 2-3 of these staple exercises and combine them with other compound and isolation movements. Remember to progressively overload – gradually increasing weight, reps, or sets over time to keep challenging your muscles. Beyond the bbl exercises themselves, proper nutrition and adequate rest are crucial for muscle growth and recovery. Fueling your body with protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates will support your efforts in the gym. And don't underestimate the power of sleep! Achieving a 'gym BBL' is a journey, not a sprint. It takes dedication and consistency, but seeing the changes in your body and feeling stronger is incredibly rewarding. Save this routine and give these exercises a try. You'll be amazed at what your body can achieve naturally!
