How to become a gym girlie by next week

I love the trend of everyone getting more active and joining the gym 🥰🥰 working out is soooo much more than just forcing yourself through cardio or lifting heavy weights. It’s the best act of self love by pouring into yourself, you’re prioritizing your physical and mental health.

Honestly as a overstimulated mom of 3, the gym is my place of peace and an outlet. When I put my headphones on and walk into the gym I leave every single problem or worry at the door.

Implement these habits and come back to let me know how it’s going next week 🫶🏽

Identify what changes you want in your body; this helps in setting personalized targets. Take some full-body photos or videos to visualize your progress. Creating a routine is essential. Based on your research, structure your weekly workout plan effectively. For instance, focus on different muscle groups each day: Monday for Back + Biceps, Tuesday for Glutes + Quads, Wednesday as a rest day, Thursday for HIIT sessions, and Friday back to Glutes + Hamstrings. Don’t forget the importance of packing your gym bag with necessities and selecting your workout attire that makes you feel cute and confident. Motivation is key; listen to energizing playlists and stay committed to self-love by prioritizing your workouts. This approach not only enhances physical fitness but also contributes to mental clarity and overall well-being. Remember, every small step counts, and consistency is more important than perfection. Share your goals and progress to stay motivated and connect with others on their fitness journeys.
