3 reasons you can’t stay consistent 📌

Are you serious about your goals or do you just like talking about them? 👀

You get exactly what you’ve put in, so put in half work or non then that’s what you’ll get in return. If you’re serious about your goals then you need to be intentional. Make a plan, stay consistent and HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE!! Set aside a specific time to go to the gym, whether it’s 3 days or 4 days a week.

Make or pay to get an actual structured plan to help you reach your goals. You won’t stay consistent if you barely even know what you’re supposed to be doing when you go.

One day you’ll look up and finally realize that it’s YOU in your way! Are you done playing?

... Read moreMany people find it challenging to maintain consistency in their fitness routines. Here are three reasons that could be holding you back: 1. **Lack of Accountability**: Without someone to keep you accountable, it’s easy to skip workouts or lose motivation. Consider finding a workout buddy or hiring a personal trainer to help you stay on track. 2. **Not Prioritizing Exercise**: If working out isn’t a priority in your daily schedule, it’s likely to get pushed aside. Treat your gym sessions like important appointments and block out time in your calendar. 3. **Absence of a Clear Plan**: Randomly going to the gym without a structured workout plan can lead to frustration and ineffective results. Creating a detailed plan tailored to your specific goals not only provides clarity but also keeps you motivated by tracking your progress. To successfully navigate your fitness journey, address these common pitfalls. Stay intentional, hold yourself accountable, and ensure you have a well-structured workout plan in place.

well baby girl I don't know what you said is true because I'm very consistent about my workout since January 17th I have lost 40 lb That's pretty damn good and pretty damn consistent to me. I have been doing keto meat and vegetables and anything sweet I want to eat I eat it in the morning because by the end of the day my body has burned it off. also I drink my green tea and I do not eat bread rice or pasta so I'm proud of myself.
