I had someone come out on my other post about the struggle of being a juice person. When I say, I felt her 1000% I love me a sweet, but if y’all turn the bottles around and look at the added sugar, you will literally probably fall out. Eating healthy, working out, but still drinking a bunch of high calorie sugary drinks will only hinder your progress.
