Working out from home? Grab these…

I have been getting a lot of questions about the different equipment that I use when working out from home so I decided to make a part two.

It is great whether you’re doing cardio or lifting weights or just daily activities to help you build more muscle and lose fat. The squat wedge is perfect for getting deeper into your squats and targeting more of your quads to keep them engaged and tone them out. The kettlebell is a great alternative to dumbbell and can be used for a number of different workouts. Of course the resistance bands are great for stretching, warm-ups increasing range of motion, recovery and even just light resistance training.

The kettlebell, for example, is ideal for both strength and cardio workouts, allowing for a variety of exercises like swings, squats, and lunges. Elevated squat wedges can enhance your squats by promoting better depth and form, effectively targeting your quads for improved muscle engagement. Resistance bands are another great addition to your collection, perfect for light to intermediate resistance training, helping to increase flexibility and range of motion. These bands can be used for warm-ups, strength training, or recovery exercises, making them some of the most economical and effective fitness tools for any at-home gym. Be sure to consider factors like ease of storage, cost, and versatility when adding equipment to your routine. Lastly, remember that consistency in your workouts, regardless of equipment, is key to achieving your fitness goals.
