Quick meal/mealprep ideas under $20

I found all of these in Walmart, that’s always the first question I get lol. But here’s a quick meal that can also be prepped for the week for under $20.

Figuring out what to eat or what to meal prep can be one of the hardest parts of weight loss. I know that it’s something that I struggled with for a long time and honestly some days I still do. Because I know how helpful these are. I will definitely keep them going.
