What I eat - fatloss edition

When I say that burger bowl was so good I’m going to meal prep again next week and I’ll be sure to record a video. It was super quick and inexpensive to make, with 450 calories and 35grams of protein.

At the beginning of March, I began fasting from multiple things for the month, fast food, and eating out being one of them. So I’ve been cooking all of my food at home and when I say I have saved so much money this month. On top of the fact that I have seen my waist, literally start to disappear. That’s why I preach so much about how important it is to control the ingredients and portions of your food.

I take my bifocals shopping with me to make sure I read every ingredients on every package. One that really sticks out to me is maltodextrin, propylene glycol, natural flavoring, etc. I try to shop for items that do not have an ingredient label such as fruits and vegetables. I love dessert though. And behold, God has blessed me with a product that literally taste like a milkshake. I have to share the ingredients with you. It’s late night night thanks for sharing.
