My crock pot chicken chili

The best chicken chili for a cold snap like this one in Virginia. Also a fast dump in the crock and let it cook all day

Recipe:

white chicken meat (I get the canned chicken, it's already cooked) I use 3 cans drain the water 🤢

1 large can of kidney beans - drained

2 small cans of great white northern beans - drained

1 large can of Rotel with some of the water

chicken broth - I use almost a whole thing

white chicken chili seasoning

mix it all together and let it go

6 to 8 hours on low

4 to 6 on high

depending on the time you have or what you are doing that day.

it's a little spicy so get crackers or toast with it.

I love topping mine with cheese
