I started by just wanting to be more active. My bones and back were always popping and aching and I’m too young to feel like that. I realized that I started feeling better once I left the gym and realized it was therapeutic as well. Now I’m encouraged to live a overall healthier lifestyle.

Day 12 Fitness Journey
Today I pushed myself more than I have. I got on the treadmill and set it to 2.5 and it felt too slow! Plus I at a couple points for a few minutes used the intensity by one! I’ve been doing 30min each time I’m at the gym so it feels good to feel like I’m already feeling alittle stronger and faster!
