Don’t Forget This Squat!!!!!

Cossack Squat.

A squad that I think a lot of people need to utilize in their routine. We need to work on exercises that promote side to side movement to help prevent any pain or muscular imbalances.

Include this squat into your workout routine or your training program. I tend to use this on my mobility days for the most part. Occasionally, I’ll throw this into actual working sets on a workout. But this is also great for warm-up as well.
