2025 vision board as a scrunchy mama✨

The theme of my vision board and goals for living a scrunchy lifestyle in 2025 is ✨consistency✨

Why did I choose this word?

Consistency is something I’ve ALWAYS struggled with. Anytime I become interested in something, I throw my whole self into it and burn myself out quickly. It’s a major weakness of mine, and as I’m establishing much-needed routines with my baby, I’m actively working on creating consistency with myself in all the areas of my life.

So I’m establishing routines to do one of each of these daily:

- 1 practice of self care, this can be a bath, a face mask, writing in a journal, or even making my favorite food and eating it.

- 1 act of exercise. I want to keep it gentle, because I need to re-establish my love for what my body went through this past year giving birth and afterwards. I have a lot of repairing to do, and a lot of grace to give myself. So I want to focus on gentle walks, pilates, and lots of stretches to gradually build my strength and endurance back up.

- I want to garden. My priorities are lettuce, herbs, and the veggies we eat most often. I love using herbs for tea, making extracts, and for cooking with!

- and finally, I’m working towards a goal of mine I’ve had for about 5 years. This is mostly where the consistency is important, I have to keep at it and refuse to give up. Luckily, I’ve got some supportive family and friends that are going to keep me accountable for accomplishing this goal, and I’m so excited to share with the world when I’m ready 🫶🏻

These practices are not only beneficial for my family's health but also promote a nurturing environment. Ultimately, setting and achieving these goals is about creating a balanced life that inspires those around me. I encourage other scrunchy mamas to reflect on their aspirations and share their journeys towards consistency and self-care for 2025.
